We design and implement employment prevention and compliance strategies, risk audits, corporate and labor restructurings, employee transfers, compensation and benefits programs, individual and expatriate hiring structures, and collective bargaining and labor relations strategies.

We advise clients on the implementation of labor reforms, process digitalization and working-time controls, subcontracting and REPSE compliance, employee profit-sharing, internal investigations, employment terminations, and inspections conducted by the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare (Secretaría del Trabajo y Previsión Social).

We also represent companies in highly complex individual and collective litigation before local and federal labor courts nationwide, as well as in amparo proceedings and matters requiring strategic multidisciplinary coordination with corporate, tax, and social security teams.
