Miguel Ángel has more than 25 years of experience in the Labor and Social Security areas, including advisory on individual and collective labor relations.

He has advised multiple clients on a wide range of labor law matters arising from the establishment, expansion, and reorganization of businesses. He has also provided legal assistance to companies in shutdowns, downsizing processes, and the restructuring of collective bargaining agreements.

More recently, he has advised companies on corporate restructurings derived from the subcontracting reform.

He regularly participates as a speaker at conferences, seminars, and courses related to labor law matters.

Miguel Ángel joined CHEVEZ in 2020 and was admitted as a Partner in 2023.
