Valentín Ibarra has a multidisciplinary profile and over 20 years of experience in tax, administrative and financial litigation. He leads the Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) and Fintech areas of the Firm.

He offers high-level technical advisory services to national and international companies several industries, regarding consulting, negotiation, and tax defense, as well as issues related to technology law.

Valentín is a professor of Tax Law at Universidad Panamericana (UP), as well as a founder and professor of Financial Technology Law at the same university and at Universidad Iberoamericana (UIA).

Over the course of his professional career, he has been a prolific author of several technical articles on complex legal topics and co-author of numerous legal books. Additionally, he has participated as a speaker in academic events.

He has been recognized for his professional practice in Tax, Technology law and Fintech, by several prestigious institutions.
