Santiago Carrera

Santiago joined the Firm in 2021 and became Partner in 2026. He specializes in corporate and financial law, including capital markets operations, mergers and acquisitions, as well as wealth matters related to private clients and family offices. He also has experience in international and structured financing transactions in various industries.

In the mergers and acquisitions area, Santiago has participated in numerous transactions, representing sellers, buyers, private equity funds, and other domestic and international investors in M&A and joint venture transactions. He also advises public and private companies on corporate governance and regulatory compliance matters.

In the private wealth area, Santiago advises family groups on the structuring and planning of investments, as well as on estate and family succession structures.

Additionally, he advises clients in transactions regarding sale, purchase and lease of real estate properties, whether industrial, commercial or residential, as well as in connection with structuring and implementing strategic alliances or joint ventures for the development of real estate projects, primarily for industrial purposes.
