Samy Lazarov

Samy has more than 25 years of experience in tax matters. His practice focuses on consulting and planning for domestic and foreign companies, as well as individuals and Family Offices. He regularly advises investment funds and investors on the structuring of suitable investments in Mexico.

He also has extensive experience advising individuals and their families on proper asset protection, as well as on orderly estate planning.

Among his most important areas of expertise are the development of tax strategies and restructurings in Mexico and abroad, as well as the preparation of tax opinions, participation in corporate acquisitions, mergers, spin-offs, and infrastructure projects.

He was a professor of Corporate Taxation at Universidad Iberoamericana (UIA) for the Public Accounting career.

Samy joined CHEVEZ in 2002 and has been a Partner since 2015.
