Ruy Bernardo Daniel Delgado Rios is an Associate in the Tax Litigation practice at CHEVEZ. He has extensive experience in tax consulting, planning, and the resolution of complex tax controversies through various defense mechanisms, as well as alternative dispute resolution procedures.

Throughout his career, he has advised companies across multiple industries on critical tax matters. His approach combines a deep understanding of tax law with an international and human-centered perspective.

He holds a Law Degree from Universidad Iberoamericana and a Specialization in Tax Law from Escuela Libre de Derecho. He also completed a Diploma in International Taxation at the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM). In addition, he has complemented his legal background with international studies in Human Rights at the University of Geneva and public policy studies in Washington, D.C.
