Ricardo Herrera

Ricardo Herrera joined the Firm in 2014 and was promoted to Partner in 2026.

His professional practice focuses on design and implementation of legal defense and controversy strategies in tax and administrative matters, representing domestic and international clients from various sectors and industries.

He also has extensive experience advising and representing clients in tax and administrative audits conducted by federal, state, and municipal authorities, including the implementation of negotiation and mediation strategies within alternative dispute resolution mechanisms before the Mexican Taxpayer Ombudsman.
