Raúl Hernández

Raúl has more than 10 years of experience advising both domestic and international companies on international trade, customs, and supply chain matters.

His practice primarily focuses on the import and export of goods subject to strict regulation by the Mexican authorities, advising clients on both strategic planning and commercial operations. He also has extensive experience preparing and handling administrative and judicial proceedings before the Mexican tax and judicial authorities.

He has significant experience representing both importers and exporters in trade remedy proceedings, advising clients in antidumping investigations initiated by the International Trade Practices Unit of Mexico's Ministry of Economy.

Drawing on his multidisciplinary background, he has also been actively involved in resolving complex logistics disputes involving commercial maritime matters, including cargo vessels and offshore oil platforms.

Raúl has completed several postgraduate diploma programs in International Trade, Maritime Law, and Alternative Dispute Resolution. He has served as a professor in graduate specialization programs at Universidad del Valle de México and as an Adjunct Professor of Administrative Law at Universidad Panamericana (Mixcoac Campus).
