Paulina Aguileta

Paulina joined CHEVEZ in 2019 and has seven years of experience in tax matters. She has focused her professional practice on providing tax advice to domestic and international clients, assisting with requests and proceedings before tax authorities, particularly in connection with tax audits and tax refund claims, with a special emphasis on VAT refunds.

She has also participated in corporate restructuring projects, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) involving domestic and foreign companies, as well as due diligence processes for asset acquisitions and divestitures and the negotiation of strategic transactions.
