Paula Hernández

Paula is a renowned lawyer with over 20 years of experience in the Real Estate practice. She has extensive knowledge and understanding of the different real estate activities that have been developed in Spain and Europe regarding promotion, construction, and investment.

She regularly provides legal advisory services to national and international companies, as well as family business groups. She has extensive experience advising on a wide range of real estate transactions and investment/divestment processes of sale & lease-back operations, turnkey sales, and establishment of joint ventures, as well as in the due diligence of real estate assets such as hotels, office buildings, housing, lands, golf courses, building complexes, among others.

Paula also has extensive experience advising on real estate promotion and construction (agreements for construction, architecture, leasing, surface rights, among others), as well as in the establishment of real estate complexes and the development of systems for accrediting the quality of legal processes and compliance with legal requirements in real estate promotions.

Paula joined CHEVEZ in 2023 as Partner at the Madrid office in the Real Estate practice. Previously, she was part of a Big Four as Partner in charge of the Real Estate legal area.
