Paloma Aurrecoechea

Paloma joined CHEVEZ in 2021 and serves as an Associate in the Tax Practice at the firm's Madrid office. She began her professional career at PwC, where she spent five years in the Corporate Tax and Private Wealth & Family Business departments, gaining extensive experience in providing comprehensive tax advice to both corporate and individual clients.

She has 10 years of experience advising corporate and private clients on tax matters at both the domestic and international levels. Her practice focuses on tax planning for high-net-worth individuals and family-owned businesses, advising resident and non-resident taxpayers on their investments in Spain, as well as corporate restructuring transactions and international investment structures.

Throughout her career, she has regularly advised companies and multinational groups across a wide range of industries, with a particular focus on the real estate sector. She has participated in every stage of share and asset acquisition transactions, from conducting due diligence processes to designing and implementing tax structures and negotiating acquisition agreements. She also has experience representing clients in tax audits and tax inspection procedures before the Spanish Tax Administration.
