Pablo García joined CHEVEZ in 2020 and was promoted to Associate in 2023.

He has extensive experience advising both domestic and international individuals and corporate clients across a wide range of industries, including infrastructure, rail transportation, construction, financial services, information technology (IT), retail, and steel, among others. His practice includes analyzing complex transactions and assessing their potential tax implications.

His professional practice has focused on assisting clients in tax audits conducted by tax authorities, negotiating alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, handling mutual agreement procedures to prevent double taxation, and developing defense strategies against actions issued by tax and administrative authorities.
