Oswaldo Estrada joined CHEVEZ in 2014. With more than 12 years of experience, he has focused his professional practice on international trade, advising domestic and international companies on administrative and foreign trade matters, including anti-dumping regulation and customs law.

Likewise, he has developed substantial expertise in representing clients in audits and origin verification procedures initiated by tax and customs authorities, as well as in administrative procedures involving customs and foreign trade matters, including the obtaining of promotion programs, permits, and other foreign trade certifications.

With his global approach and business-oriented perspective, he has been involved in the implementation and filing of legal remedies against resolutions issued by the Tax Administration Service, the Ministry of Economy, and several agencies of the Federal Government, in connection with customs and foreign trade matters.

The main sectors in which he has been involved throughout his professional career include the textile and footwear, chemical, food, technology, automotive, manufacturing, and mining industries, among others.
