Miguel Bastida

Miguel Bastida Peydro has been a Partner in the Tax practice at CHEVEZ since 2022. He has more than 20 years of experience in tax advisory services, with a particular focus on corporate and transactional taxation, M&A transactions, corporate restructurings, real estate investment, and wealth planning. He also advises foreign investors on the planning and implementation of their investments in Spain, as well as Spanish investors on outbound investment projects, with particular expertise in transactions and structures involving Latin America.

He regularly advises on tax proceedings before Tax authorities and Courts.

Miguel is author of several articles in specialized publications and is a professor in the Master’s Degree in Law at the School of Legal Practice of the Universidad Complutense de Madrid and the Restructuring Course organized by Universidad de Loyola
