Miguel Bastida

Miguel has over 20 years of experience in leading firms, with strong technical expertise in advising private clients and high-net-worth individuals on tax matters related to real estate transactions as well as mergers and acquisitions. He has also advised foreign investors on the planning and execution of investment projects in Spain, as well as on inbound and outbound investments.

He regularly advises clients in tax proceedings before tax authorities and courts.

Miguel has authored several articles in specialized publications and serves as a professor in the Master’s Degree in Law at the School of Legal Practice of Universidad Complutense de Madrid, as well as in the Restructuring Program at Universidad Loyola.

Miguel Bastida joined CHEVEZ in 2022 as Partner of the Tax practice area in the Madrid office.
