Michelle Forbes

Michelle joined CHEVEZ in 2021 and is currently a member of the Tax Consulting practice. She has focused her professional practice on providing tax advice to domestic and international companies, as well as assisting with the implementation of corporate restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, company incorporations, corporate reorganizations, and estate planning restructurings, including matters involving family offices.

She has participated in various proceedings and audit processes before tax authorities on behalf of clients across different industries, including matters related to corporate tax compliance and the filing of claims for federal tax refunds.
