María Vallejo

María Vallejo has more than six years of experience in complex M&A transactions at both national and international levels.

She has participated in significant transactions across various sectors, with a particular focus on infrastructure. Her experience includes advising private equity funds and working on transactions involving Warranty & Indemnity insurance, as well as participating in numerous deals linked to LATAM jurisdictions.

Prior to joining the Firm, she was part of two prestigious international law firms, where she worked on complex M&A transactions, including tender offers (public takeover bids), competitive sale processes, leveraged and distressed acquisitions, M&A transactions, joint ventures, and corporate reorganizations, both domestic and with an international component.

In addition, she has provided ongoing advice on corporate, corporate governance, and contractual matters to both domestic and international clients.
