He has extensive experience in advising clients on investment projects, public and private capital market transactions, corporate restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, tax disputes, wealth planning, and matters involving the financial, real estate, and aviation sectors.

He has been a professor at some of the most prestigious universities in Mexico, such as Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM), Universidad Iberoamericana (UIA), Universidad La Salle (La Salle), and Universidad Panamericana (UP).

Marco Polo is the author of various articles on tax matters in Mexico and abroad.
