Marcelo Vera

Marcelo is a Certified Public Accountant with experience in the Private Clients practice, specializing in tax consulting and wealth advisory services for high-net-worth individuals and family offices. He joined the Firm in 2017 and, throughout his career, has advised a broad portfolio of clients on the analysis and compliance of tax obligations arising from investments and projects carried out both in Mexico and abroad.

In addition, he has participated in the design and implementation of wealth and investment structures, corporate reorganizations, and strategies focused on tax and estate optimization, always under a framework of regulatory compliance and value creation for clients.

His professional experience has enabled him to develop a comprehensive understanding of the tax and wealth-related challenges faced by investors, while maintaining a strong commitment to service excellence, personalized attention, and continuous awareness of tax law developments and industry trends.
