Marcela Villarreal is a Partner in the Tax Consulting practice at CHEVEZ. Her practice focuses on providing tax advisory services to domestic and international companies, including corporate reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, as well as advising clients throughout tax audits and reviews conducted by the tax authorities.

Throughout her career, Marcela has advised companies across a wide range of industries on the tax implications of their business operations and compliance with their tax obligations, combining strong technical expertise with a client-focused approach tailored to each client's specific needs.

She also advises high-net-worth individuals and family offices on tax and wealth planning matters.

Marcela joined CHEVEZ in 2009 and was admitted as a Partner in 2024.
