Manuel Sainz is a well-known lawyer who graduated from the Universidad Panamericana and founded the Legal-Tax area of the Firm, which he has turned into the most consolidated and prestigious practice in Mexico. Since 1994, he has led the Firm’s Legal practice.

He has extensive experience advising clients on complex matters, developing strategic solutions tailored to their needs. His practice focuses on representing individuals and entities in proceedings before tax authorities, both administrative and legislative. His deep technical knowledge and attention to detail enable him to design effective strategies.

On behalf of his clients, he has successfully obtained rulings declaring several legal-tax provisions (federal, state, and municipal) unconstitutional. He has also played a key role in shaping important judicial precedents before the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation (SCJN) and the Federal Court of Administrative Justice (TFJA).

Manuel has been recognized by various publications as one of the most prominent tax lawyers in Mexico and has been nominated multiple times as a leading advisor by international publications such as Latin Lawyer, Chambers & Partners, The Legal 500, International Tax Review, among others.
