Luis Enrique Ortega

Luis Enrique Ortega Guerrero joined CHEVEZ in 2017 and was promoted to Associate in 2023. His professional practice focuses on administrative and tax litigation in various sectors, as well as constitutional matters representing both domestic and foreign clients.

Moreover, he has extensive experience advising clients in proceedings initiated by federal tax authorities and in the design and management of procedures before the Mexican Tax Ombudsman (PRODECON).

He is a graduate of the Universidad Iberoamericana and holds certification from the Financial Intelligence Unit (UIF), which attests to his specialization as a professional in Anti-Money Laundering and terrorism financing.
