Eduardo García

Luis Eduardo García joined CHEVEZ in 2016 and has specialized in the Tax Advisory practice area. His areas of expertise include advising companies on corporate restructuring projects, mergers, and acquisitions (M&A).

He has also provided tax advisory services to private companies in federal tax refund processes and tax obligations of compliance, as well as advising individuals during audit procedures conducted by tax authorities.

He has participated in various proceedings and review processes before the Mexican tax authorities for clients from the mining industry.
