Anthar González

Anthar González joined CHEVEZ in 2008 and has been a Partner in the Tax Consulting practice since 2023.

He has been recognized as a tax consultant across various sectors and transactions, representing domestic, foreign, and multinational clients. He has advised clients on complex matters related to mergers and acquisitions, both domestic and international reorganizations, audit procedures, as well as income tax and value-added tax refund claims.

Anthar has extensive experience in the mining and retail sectors, as well as in alternative dispute resolution in tax matters, where he has negotiated and mediated in several cases before the Procuraduría de la Defensa del Contribuyente (PRODECON).

He has been a professor of various tax subjects at the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM), Universidad Panamericana (UP) and Universidad Iberoamericana (UIA).
