Jose Pedro has been an Associate at CHEVEZ since 2025, bringing over 10 years of professional practice in corporate, transactional, financial, commercial, and real estate law.

He has extensive experience advising Mexican and foreign clients on mergers, acquisitions, spin-offs, corporate governance, corporate restructurings, project development, joint ventures, co-investments, among others.

Throughout his career, he has supported clients across multiple industries in the incorporation and organization of civil and commercial entities, foreign investment matters, creation of corporate vehicles, secured and unsecured financings, legal due diligence, civil and commercial agreements, trust agreements, and the drafting of all types of corporate documents, including corporate books and records.
