José Luis professional experience specializes in transfer pricing policies both domestic and abroad. With more than 15 years of experience, José Luis has worked in transfer pricing analysis and compliance for multinational and local Groups; advanced pricing agreements with local and/or foreign tax authorities; and advocacy to clients in tax audits that include a transfer pricing component for contention.

Additionally, José Luis focuses on financial valuations that include but are not limited to stockholders’ equity, a company’s fair market value, and intangible assets. These are performed by a wide array of valuation methodologies that adapt to the specific needs of the client and the asset to be valued.
