Alfonso Bante

Alfonso is an attorney graduated from Universidad Panamericana, joining Chevez Ruíz Zamarripa as an associate based in Monterrey, since June 2018.

For 15 years he has focused and specialized his professional experience in litigation and consulting in Tax matters, advising and representing the Firm's clients, in industries such as, consulting, financial services, manufacturing and industrial products, automotive, consumer, government, machinery and equipment, pharmaceuticals, among others.

His professional practice in tax matters has specialized in the strategic prevention and analysis of auditing procedures carried out by the tax authorities, as well as the development of procedures that could be filed before the Procuraduría de la Defensa del Contribuyente (PRODECON), as well as the interposition of the legal remedies, administrative and litigious instances, which has allowed him to provide companies in such sectors with an integral attention.

Additionally, he has extensive experience in the analysis of tax reforms, as well as their possible impact on the Firm's clients and the legal remedies that may be filed.
