Jorge has over 20 years of professional experience and currently leads the Business Compliance & Integrity practice at the Monterrey office. He also specializes in tax and administrative litigation, as well as audit and verification procedures in these areas.

He holds a certification in anti-money laundering (AML) from the Financial Intelligence Unit (UIF) of the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit.

He has been a professor at the Facultad Libre de Derecho de Monterrey since 2014, teaching tax and administrative procedural law. He has also served as a lecturer in the Corporate Governance and Board Member Training Program at the Universidad de Monterrey. Additionally, he has contributed as an author in various national publications.
