Jocelyne Licea

Jocelyne Licea García joined the Firm in 2019 and was promoted to Associate in 2026.

She has experience advising domestic and foreign individuals and legal entities in tax audits conducted by the Mexican tax authorities, as well as in negotiating settlement agreements (acuerdos conclusivos) and pursuing legal remedies in tax and administrative matters.

Her practice has focused on providing tax advice to clients in a variety of industries, including technology, digital platforms, financial services, payments, infrastructure, retail, and the restaurant industry.

She also assists in the analysis of complex transactions, the assessment of their tax implications, and the development of strategies for tax compliance and tax risk mitigation.
