Jimena specializes in corporate and financial law, with a particular focus on capital markets transactions, international and structured financing, and mergers and acquisitions.

She has extensive experience in financing transactions, including cross-border and syndicated loans, as well as structured financing for companies across a broad range of industries, particularly in the infrastructure and energy sectors. She has also advised on debt and equity offerings and the structuring of investment vehicles in the capital markets.

In the area of mergers and acquisitions, Jimena regularly advises sellers, buyers, private equity funds, and other domestic and international investors on a wide range of transactions, including M&A deals, joint ventures, and public tender offers in the securities markets.

She also advises public and private companies on corporate governance and regulatory compliance matters.

In collaboration with tax and financial specialists, Jimena provides advisory services to family-owned business groups in connection with wealth planning and investment structures, as well as family governance matters.

Jimena serves as an independent board member of public and private companies in Mexico across various industries. In addition, she is licensed as a Public Broker (Corredor Público) in Mexico City.
