Javier Rabena

Javier specializes in advising national and international clients of all types on real estate matters, including assistance in the sale and purchase of real estate assets, the drafting of various types of contracts (leases, construction contracts, service agreements, mortgage loans, etc.) and the performance of due diligence.

In addition, he has experience in corporate matters, including corporate day-to-day business, incorporation of companies and opening of branches, structural modifications, share capital increases, distribution of dividends or winding up of companies, among other matters.

He holds a degree in Law and Business Administration and Management from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and has an LLM in legal practice and master’s degree in Legal-Tax Advice for Companies from IE Law School.
