Humberto Pérez-Rocha

Humberto has more than 25 years of experience advising domestic and international clients on mergers and acquisitions across a wide range of industries, as well as on corporate and transactional matters.

He also has extensive experience representing banks, financial institutions, strategic investors and companies in financing transactions, including syndicated loans, acquisition financing, bridge loans, asset-based lending, infrastructure project finance (highways, airports and ports), and financial restructurings.

His multidisciplinary legal experience has also led him to focus on corporate governance matters for family-owned businesses. Humberto Member of the Board of Directors of an insurance company and Chairman of its Audit Committee. Also serves on the boards of other private companies.

In addition, he has been distinguished by his strong commitment to pro bono activities, serving as board member of Centro Mexicano Pro Bono and de Appleseed México, as well as member of the Pro-Bono committee at CHEVEZ.
