With over a decade of experience, Oscar has been involved in some of the most sophisticated transactions in the Mexican and Latin American markets across sectors including financial services, private equity, energy and natural resources, real estate and consumer goods. His work encompasses strategic acquisitions and divestitures, complex financings, joint ventures and corporate restructurings, advising buyers, sellers, financial institutions and government entities alike.

Oscar brings a genuinely cross-border perspective to his practice. He served as an International Attorney at the New York office of a leading global law firm, where he participated in capital markets transactions and financings in the United States and Latin America. This experience allows him to navigate seamlessly between the Mexican and U.S. regulatory frameworks and to coordinate effectively with international counterparts and advisors.
