Guillermo Valles

Guillermo joined CHEVEZ in 2014 and was promoted to associate in December 2020. With over 12 years of experience, he has focused his professional practice on tax litigation and strategic administrative litigation areas, participating in various significant lawsuits across different industries including technology, automotive, transportation, retail, and energy, among others.

He has provided advice to several national and international business entities on compliance with their tax and regulatory obligations. His expertise includes other matters such as technology, water management, sanitation law, immigration, personal data protection, environmental regulations, and operational establishment guidelines. His approach emphasizes the legal security of his clients and seeks to prevent potential future contingencies

He has been a professor of amparo and administrative procedure at the Universidad Panamericana.
