Having 15 years of experience and committed to quality and excellence in his services, Guillermo is Partner in the Madrid office leading the Corporate and M&A practice.

Guillermo advises on a wide range of corporate and business law matters. He has extensive experience in both cross-border and domestic M&A, as well as private equity, venture capital transactions, and corporate group restructurings.

In addition, he regularly provides legal advice to listed and unlisted companies on corporate governance matters, often serving as secretary to the board of directors.
