Germán Astiazarán has represented national and international clients in a wide range of transactional matters, providing legal advisory services in the areas of corporate, financial and commercial law, including restructurings, regularizations, work-outs, project & corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, foreign investment, joint ventures, infrastructure and real estate matters.

He has also advised clients in complex matters related to the creation of corporate vehicles, negotiation and closing of all types of commercial contracts, foreign investment projects, compliance with corporate obligations, shareholders' agreements and design and implementation of corporate governance structures.

In addition, he has also participated and successfully advised several clients in banking transactions and private equity financing, as well as in the execution and modification of loan agreements and the related security packages.
