Gabriela Farías

Gabriela joined CHEVEZ in 2020 and is based in the Mexico City Office. She is currently an Associate and has more than 14 years of experience in labor legal matters. Her professional practice has focused on providing legal advice on labor relations, as well as on the prevention of contingencies, participation in M&A from the legal labor perspective and scope, and in post-acquisition operations, consulting, and restructuring of companies, with extensive experience in matters of labor outsourcing. She has also developed strategies to avoid litigation and has advised on the legal situation of expatriates in Mexico, arising from international assignments and global mobility processes.

She began her professional career in 2012 and has since collaborated with renowned international and national law firms, as well as in the legal practice of a company dedicated to the energy and food industries.

She has recently participated in conferences on Mexican Labor Law related to reforms in labor, social security, and tax matters.
