Francisco Moguel

Francisco has more than 38 years of experience in his professional practice.

He specializes in tax advisory for companies’ daily operations as well as for corporate restructuring transactions and mergers and acquisitions. Additionally, he provides advice to clients on private wealth matters, providing them with personalized assistance focused on their objectives.

He has participated as a speaker in various forums, both in Mexico and abroad, and was a professor at the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM), where he taught Corporate International Taxes.

Francisco is member of the Board of Directors of various companies; he serves as the chairman of the audit committee and independent director of Grupo Hotelero Santa Fe, Banco Ve por Más and Seguros Ve por Más.
