Fernando Guevara

Fernando joined CHEVEZ in 2016 and specializes in the Tax Consulting area. His practice focuses on advising public and privately held companies, multinational groups, Family Offices and high-net-worth individuals on Mexican and international tax matters.

His experience includes the tax analysis and implementation of domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, as well as corporate reorganizations.

Furthermore, he has advised private companies on federal tax refund procedures, compliance with their tax obligations, and tax audits and administrative proceedings conducted by the Mexican tax authorities.
