Fabiola Martínez

Fabiola Martínez Leppaniemi is a Tax Consulting Associate with extensive experience advising business groups and family offices on estate planning, investment structures, tax compliance and corporate reorganizations. Her practice also includes mergers and acquisitions, as well as the design and implementation of complex transactions, particularly in multinational environments requiring the coordination of corporate, wealth management, and estate planning across multiple jurisdictions.

Fabiola joined the Firm in 2018 and participated in CHEVEZ's exchange program at its Houston, Texas office in 2022, further strengthening her experience in cross-border projects and international structures.

Additionally, she has served as a professor at Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City, where she taught Corporate Taxation. She is currently a candidate for the Master in Taxation (MST) degree at Gabelli School of Business of Fordham University in New York.
