Fabiola Lazcurain

Fabiola Lazcurain is a labor law specialist with more than 14 years of experience advising companies on the strategic management of labor risks and regulatory compliance. Her practice encompasses labor consulting, individual and collective litigation, labor relations, audits, strategic negotiations, and the prevention of labor-related contingencies.

She has advised organizations on complex domestic and international matters, including the assessment of corporate structures and service delivery models from a labor compliance perspective, as well as labor issues arising in connection with corporate reorganization transactions.

In addition, she has taught Labor Law at Universidad Panamericana (UP) and is an active speaker on current topics related to labor reform, compliance, and best practices in employment law.

She is the founder and an active member of BAMALI Abogadas Líderes de México, as well as a member of Abogadas MX and the National Association of Corporate Counsel (ANADE), Bar Association (Asociación Nacional de Abogados de Empresa, Colegio de Abogados, A.C.).
