Ernesto Silva

Ernesto provides high-level tax advisory services to important local and global corporations and has been involved in complex negotiations with authorities. With 9 years of experience, Ernesto handles complex cases within his area of expertise before District Courts and Federal Tribunals, including the Mexican Supreme Court of Justice.

Ernesto's practice also focuses on technology and media law. He has advised clients on complex technology and Fintech matters, including obtaining authorizations from relevant governmental authorities for Fintech entities in Mexico, as well as implementing technological solutions in various business sectors, including electronic signature software.

Ernesto is a tenured professor of Tax Law at the Center for Research and Teaching in Economics (CIDE) and at Universidad Iberoamericana (UIA). In addition, he has published several articles on a wide range of technology-related topics in specialized national and international journals.
