Enrique Cevallos has a strong ability to identify his clients’ needs and opportunities. With more than 20 years of experience, Enrique has developed his career in the tax consulting field, advising both domestic and foreign clients across a wide range of industries and transactions, with particular emphasis on financing operations, corporate restructurings, cross-border transactions, the digital economy, and private equity structures.

He also has extensive experience in areas such as wealth advisory for individuals, mergers and spin-offs, analysis of international treaties to avoid double taxation, advisory and support in tax audit processes conducted by the Mexican tax authority (SAT), initial public offering (IPO) transactions, corporate group restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, investment funds, energy and infrastructure investment trusts (FIBRAs), VAT refund claims, VAT and IEPS advisory and real estate transactions.

He has been a tax professor at Universidad Iberoamericana (UIA) and Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM).

Enrique Cevallos joined CHEVEZ in 2004, and in 2017 he was promoted partner.
