Elías Kamhagi

Known for his professionalism, dedication, and approachable manner, he has focused his practice on tax advisory services in areas related to corporate restructurings in Mexico and abroad, mergers and acquisitions transactions, as well as wealth and estate planning advice for individuals and family offices. He has also participated in the structuring of private investment funds (both equity and debt) and startups.

He is actively involved in supporting and advising civil society organizations (NGOs) and serves as a member of the Board of Directors of a nonprofit organization dedicated to emergency response, disaster relief, and natural disaster assistance, delivering aid directly to those most in need.

He has taught Tax Law at Universidad Iberoamericana (UIA).
