Eduardo Valenzuela

Eduardo is a Tax Consulting Partner specializing in solving complex issues for Mexican clients and foreign companies investing in Mexico. He also focuses on supporting private clients in inheritance issues and management of invested capital.

He has experience in restructuring matters for companies and individuals (Mexican and foreign investors in Mexico). He has participated in M&A transactions, infrastructure projects, IPOs, and international operations.

Eduardo joined the Firm in 2002 and became a Partner in 2013. He was the lead partner of the New York office and still manages related matters to this day.
