Diego Campoy

Diego Campoy is an Associate in the Firm’s Transactional practice group, focusing primarily on corporate law and mergers and acquisitions.

He has experience providing legal consulting and advisory services to multinational and local companies across a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, automotive, software and digital services, pharmaceuticals, and tourism, among others.

He has actively participated in complex share and asset acquisitions and/or sale transactions, representing individuals, companies, investment funds, and banks. Likewise, he has contributed to the design and implementation of corporate governance structures, the incorporation of various business entities and corporate vehicles, as well as the drafting and review of a broad range of commercial agreements.

Diego graduated from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), where he earned an LL.M. with a specialization in corporate and commercial law. In 2023, he worked as an international associate at a prestigious London-based law firm.
