Diana Laura Arrocha

Diana LauraArrocha Mota joined CHEVEZ in 2019 and currently serves as an Associate in theTax Advisory practice. She has developed her professional practice by providingtax advisory services to public and private companies across a wide range ofindustries, including private equity, hospitality, real estate, energy, andnon-profit organizations.

Diana hasextensive experience advising domestic and multinational companies on mergersand acquisitions (M&A), corporate reorganizations, due diligence processesrelated to asset acquisitions and negotiations, as well as value-added tax(VAT) refund procedures. She also advises high-net-worth individuals and FamilyOffices on wealth and estate planning matters and assists clients in tax auditprocedures conducted by the tax authorities. In addition, she participates inpro bono projects for non-profit organizations.

Diana is also amember of “Proud C+”, CHEVEZ’s LGBTQ+ cluster, which is dedicated to promotinginclusion, equality, and respect for the rights of members of the LGBTQ+community.
