Damayanti García

Damayanti Garcia joined Chevez, Ruiz, Zamarripa on March 2013. He was promoted to Associate in July 2021 and has been with the Firm ever since.

Directed her professional practice towards tax and wealth tax advisory, providing her services to a wide variety of corporations with national and international presence related with day-to-day corporate operations, negotiations with tax authorities and other complex situations.

Her areas of expertise include the development of tax strategies and specialized restructuring process in Mexico and abroad, participation in M&A transactions and infrastructure projects, as well as in private wealth tax planning to individuals and Family Offices.

Has participated in both national and international forums and courses, which have fueled his professional growth.
