Dagny Bravo

Dagny joined the Firm in 2021 and has developed her professional practice in tax consulting, advising domestic, foreign, and multinational clients across a wide range of sectors and industries. She has been involved in tax matters related to mergers, spin-offs, acquisitions, and domestic and international restructurings, as well as tax controversies before the Mexican tax authorities and private equity transactions.

Her experience is primarily focused on the technology and digital platforms sector, where she has advised clients on the design and implementation of tax strategies, compliance with tax obligations, and the management of transactions with both domestic and international implications.
