César is a renowned tax consultant in various sectors and transactions, representing national, foreign, and global clients. He has provided advice on complex issues related to mergers and acquisitions transactions, both domestic and international reorganizations, audit procedures, as well as income and value-added tax refund requests.

César has extensive experience in the mining sector as well as in other industries. He has significant expertise in alternative means of dispute resolution in tax matters, where he has negotiated and mediated in several cases before the Taxpayer Defense Attorney’s Office (PRODECON).

He has been a professor of various tax subjects at the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM), Universidad Panamericana (UP), and Universidad Iberoamericana (UIA).

César joined CHEVEZ in 2000 and was promoted to partner in 2010.
