Carolina Millán

Carolina joined CHEVEZ in 2021 and currently serves as a Supervising Associate, a position she has held since 2026. During 2025, she worked at the Firm’s Houston office, where she participated in various projects involving international corporate and private wealth transactions.

Her professional practice focuses on tax consulting, advising private companies across a wide range of industries on both domestic and international transactions. Her experience includes participating in mergers and acquisitions involving national and multinational companies, restructurings, corporate reorganizations, and other cross-border transactions.

She also participates in a variety of tax audits and review proceedings before tax authorities on behalf of clients from different industries, including the consumer goods and transportation sectors.
